I thought it offensive because I didn't understand the posts, and it seemed to me you were making fun of disabled people. I missed the point, and I'm sorry if I offended you trying to do what I thought was right.

You were doing really well until that last sentence… Let me correct it for you:
“I missed the point and intend to rectify that by educating myself on issues of disability. I realize I offended you despite doing what I thought was the right thing and for that I’m sorry”
